Propbee's Rebate Program:
Get Paid to Buy

At Propbee, we believe buying a home should come with real saving. That's why we give you up to 1% cash back on your purchase by sharing a portion of our comission-putting money back in your pocket at closing.

Save Thousands When You Purchase Your Next Home

When you buy a home with Propbee, you could get up to 1% of the purchase price back as a rebate at closing. We do this by splitting the commission we negotiate with the seller’s agent three ways—giving one-third directly back to you, the buyer.

How Commissions and Rebates Work

  • In most real estate transactions, the seller pays a commission that is split between the listing agent and the buyer’s agent.
  • The commission amount is not always listed on the MLS and is often negotiated as part of your offer.
  • The industry norm is 2–3% of the home’s sale price, but this can vary.
  • With Propbee, we take the commission, split it into thirds, and rebate one-third to the buyer at closing.

How Much Can You Get?

  • If the negotiated commission is 3%, you could get up to 1% of the purchase price back.
  • For a $500,000 home, that’s up to $5,000 back in your pocket.
  • If the commission is lower, your rebate will be proportionally smaller.
  • If the commission is too low, there may be no rebate.

How Do You Receive the Rebate?

  • The rebate is typically credited to you at closing and can be used to offset closing costs such as appraisal fees, loan origination fees, or escrow fees.
  • In some cases, if allowed by state law, the rebate may be paid to you after closing.

Why Does Propbee Offer This?

  • We believe in transparency and sharing the benefits of the home buying process with our clients.
  • By giving you a portion of the commission, we help make homeownership more affordable.

What If the Commission Is Low?

  • If the negotiated commission is below a certain threshold, there may not be enough to provide a rebate.
  • We will always be transparent about the commission and your potential rebate before you make an offer.
